Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

The present Legal Notice is governed by Spanish legislation. As long as the User is not a “consumer or user” as defined in Spanish regulations, and unless the Law that would be otherwise applicable states something else, the parties agree on submitting to the Juzgados y Tribunales de Oviedo, España expressly renouncing to any other charter.
